Peak Periods are Christmas, Easter and school holidays.

Our rates are listed below. We can usually provide a discount for stays longer than 2 weeks and for late bookings so please don't hesitate to contact us with your requirements.


Weekly Rates vary from £475 ($800) to £625 ($1050) dependent upon season.


Rentals can commence on any day.

Deposit of £150 ($250) per week at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Refundable security deposit of £200 ($350) will be taken on arrival.

Discounts available for late bookings.

Minimum Stay is 7 days.
